Terms and conditions

This is a courtesy translation of the Bulgarian original, provided so you can read the terms in English. The Bulgarian text is the legally binding version, the agreement is governed by Bulgarian law, and every partner is responsible for their own taxes in their country of residence.

1. What the program is

The partner program allows approved partners to recommend the products and services of My Better You – LIFE in exchange for commission. The partner acts in their own name and on their own account, as an independent contractor — not an employee, associate or sales representative — and has no right to take on obligations on behalf of the platform.

2. Joining

Participation is free. Applications are reviewed individually within 5 business days; the platform may decline an application at its discretion. You must be 18 or over and have at least one genuine social media profile.

3. Commissions

Commission rates by tier are published in the partner portal and may be changed with 30 days' notice by email; a change does not affect commissions already accrued. Commission is calculated on the net amount paid (after discounts, excluding shipping). Commission accrues only on a successfully paid order. If an amount is refunded or a payment is disputed, the commission is cancelled.

4. Tracking

Sales are attributed through a personal link (cookie, last click) and/or a personal promo code, with an entered promo code taking priority. The records in the platform's system are authoritative; a partner may dispute a specific accrual within 30 days. The platform is not liable for conversions lost to blockers, deleted cookies or the actions of third-party platforms.

5. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid once a month once the minimum threshold published in the portal is reached. The partner must provide accurate payment details and is solely responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes and social security contributions, except where the law obliges the platform to withhold them.

6. Advertising obligations

The partner must: clearly label the advertising nature of the content ("#ad" / "#paidpartnership", visible at the start); present the products accurately; make no health or medical claims and guarantee no specific results; not use misleading "before/after" images; not target content at people under 18; and comply with the GDPR towards their own audience.

7. What is forbidden

  • purchases through your own link or code (self-referral), including by relatives for the purpose of earning commission;
  • spam — unsolicited emails, direct messages, mass comments;
  • fake accounts, bots, artificial traffic and manipulated sales;
  • posting on coupon and cashback sites without explicit written permission;
  • registering domains or profiles that imitate the brand;
  • presenting yourself as an employee or official representative of the platform;
  • paid advertising of any kind — Google, Meta, TikTok and any other advertising platform, including on the brand names "My Better You", "MBY-LIFE" and derivatives;
  • content that encourages eating disorders, discrimination or illegal activity.

The partnership is for organic content — posts, videos, stories, newsletters and personal recommendations. Paid advertising is forbidden at this stage. If that changes, we will notify partners in advance by email.

8. Brand and materials

The partner receives a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the logo and the materials provided, solely for the purposes of the program and without altering them. The licence terminates automatically when participation ends.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. On termination without a breach, approved commissions are paid in the usual way. On a breach of section 6 or 7, the platform may terminate immediately, refuse unpaid commissions on tainted sales and seek the return of commissions already paid.

10. Personal data

The partner and the platform are independent data controllers. The partner never receives customer names or contact details — only aggregated statistics. IP addresses in the system are stored only as a hash.

11. General

The platform may amend these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing to participate after that period is deemed acceptance. Bulgarian law applies. The invalidity of any single clause does not affect the rest.

12. Special terms for coaches

This section applies to coaches using the platform's coach dashboard. It supplements the terms above; in case of conflict, this section prevails.

  • The platform is FREE for the coach — no access fee, no per-client fee, no paid features.
  • The coach earns 20% of every amount paid by a client who accepted their invite (subscriptions, yearly plans, digital products and physical goods), for as long as they keep paying. This rate is not affected by the tiers of the general partner programme.
  • A client counts as referred by the coach if they accepted the coach's invite and were not already attributed to another partner. Where attribution already exists, the first one stands (first-touch).
  • The coach's partner record is created automatically with the first accepted invite. Payouts require acceptance of these terms and completed payment details; until then commission accrues and is held.
  • The coach sees a client's data ONLY after the client's explicit consent: nutrition targets and daily plan, weight and body measurements. The client's cycle journal, symptoms and personal notes are NEVER shared.
  • The client may end access at any time with one button; the coach may also end the collaboration. Access to their data stops immediately from that moment.
  • The coach processes their clients' data as an independent controller under the GDPR and is responsible for lawful use. Forwarding, selling or publishing client data, or using it outside the work with that client, is prohibited.
  • Messages and videos between coach and client are private. A video not opened for 60 days is deleted automatically; the recipient is notified a week in advance.
  • The coach is fully responsible for the professional advice they give their clients. The platform provides tools and calculations, does not replace medical consultation, and is not liable for the coach's work with their clients.
  • The platform may terminate coach access for breach of these terms, misuse of client data, or conduct harmful to a client. Accrued, undisputed commission is paid out even in that case.
