This English translation is provided for convenience only. The Bulgarian version is the legally binding text, and Bulgarian law governs these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service
My Better You - LIFE is a platform for women offering personalized nutrition and training plans, a digital Personal Coach, cycle and symptom tracking, educational content, and a store for dietary supplements and digital products.
The Service is provided through paid membership (every package starts with 3 free days — section 4) and one-time purchases from the store.
3. Registration and Account
Access to the personalized features requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of established abuse, account sharing in violation of the membership terms, or submission of false information.
4. Membership and Payments
Paid membership renews automatically at the interval you have selected, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account — access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
3 free days: each of the three packages (Basic, Premium, “Infinite Balance”) starts with 3 free days on your first subscription. You add your card when you choose the package and use the whole package for three days without paying. On day 4 the amount for the chosen period is charged to your card automatically and the subscription continues, unless you stop it before then from your account (Profile → Subscription) — then nothing is charged. We send you an email reminder the day before the payment. The free days are once per person and do not apply to the “Nutrition Plan with Coach” or Plate to Measure.
5. Right of Withdrawal — General Rule
Under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without owing any compensation or penalty, other than the costs under Art. 54 and Art. 55 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The withdrawal period runs from the date you receive the goods (for physical products) or from the date the contract is concluded (for services/membership). To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us at contact@mybetteryou-life.com with an unequivocal statement.
If you have requested that the service (membership) begin immediately and you withdraw before the period expires, you owe a proportionate amount for what was actually provided up to the time of notification — Art. 55, para. 4 and 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
Pursuant to Art. 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium (personalized plans, PDF materials, access to the Personal Coach, and video workouts), where performance has begun with your express prior consent and you have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
That is why, when you activate a paid membership or download a digital product (e.g., a PDF recipe book), we ask you for an express, separate confirmation before access is unlocked — without this confirmation, the content is not delivered immediately and the 14-day period under Art. 50 remains intact.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal — Goods Sealed for Hygiene Reasons
Pursuant to Art. 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This applies to protein, creatine, and the other dietary supplements in the store — once the packaging has been opened, withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible.
If the packaging has remained sealed, you have the full 14 days under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from your order. In that case, the goods are returned at your expense, except in the case of a defective or incorrect delivery, and the refund is issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
8. Medical Disclaimer
My Better You - LIFE does not diagnose conditions and does not prescribe treatment. The content of the platform — nutrition and training plans, Personal Coach recommendations, supplement information — serves general educational and supportive purposes and does not replace a consultation with a physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition, experience severe menopause symptoms, or take medication, you must consult a physician before following any recommendations from the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of the platform — texts, plans, recipes, video materials, design, and the My Better You - LIFE brand — is owned by the platform or used under the necessary rights and is protected by the Bulgarian Copyright Act. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without express consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
We take care to ensure that our recommendations follow current clinical guidelines (see the "Scientific basis" page), but results depend on individual factors beyond our control. We are not liable for damages arising from failure to observe the medical disclaimer above or from independent interpretation of the recommendations contrary to the available information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the applicable law changes. In the event of material changes, we will notify active users by email or through a message in the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent court in Bulgaria.
13. Personal Data Protection
We process your personal and health data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The full details — which data, for what purposes, for how long, and what rights you have — are set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In the event of a dispute that has not been resolved by mutual agreement, you may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or an alternative dispute resolution body under the Consumer Protection Act. (The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)

17. Plate to Measure — subscription
17.1. What Plate to Measure is
Plate to Measure (Bulgarian: „Чиния по мярка“) is a separate nutrition subscription in My Better You - LIFE (on the website and in the app). The platform recipes and the recipes from the books you bought are adjusted in grams to your calories and protein. You get “Plan my day” with one tap, dish swaps, recipe search, Favorites, “My days” and a shopping list.
You enter your numbers from the Plate to Measure calculator (Excel), by hand, or with “Calculate them for me” inside Plate to Measure. Plate to Measure is not a medical service (see section 8).
Plate to Measure is included in the paid plans (Basic, Premium, “Endless Balance”) while they are active — you then pay nothing extra.
17.2. Prices and payment
• Monthly subscription: €4.90 per month.
• Yearly subscription: €53.90 per year — 12 months for the price of 11.
Prices are final and include VAT. You pay by card through Stripe — we never store your card details. The subscription starts right after payment, with no free trial. Discount codes don't apply to it. For every payment you receive a sales document by email.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period (month or year) and the amount is charged to your card until you stop it (17.8). Before paying, you expressly confirm the automatic renewal.
17.3. The calculator with the monthly subscription
The monthly subscription is for people who have the Plate to Measure calculator (an Excel file for calories and protein). If you don't have it yet, you buy it once — €5.30 one-time, in the same payment as the first month (€10.20 in total).
The calculator is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. We send it right after payment (a download button by email). Before paying, you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and confirm that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the calculator (Art. 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). So if you withdraw from the subscription (17.5), the calculator amount is not refunded and the calculator stays yours.
17.4. The calculator with the yearly subscription
The yearly subscription includes the Plate to Measure calculator (if you don't have it yet) at no extra cost. We send it to you right after the first payment (a download button by email).
Before paying, you expressly tick “I want the calculator right away. I know that if I withdraw from the subscription within 14 days, €5.30 for the calculator is deducted from the refund.” So if you withdraw from the subscription within the 14-day period (17.5), we deduct €5.30 — the price of the calculator — from the amount we refund, and the calculator stays yours. If the calculator was already yours before the payment, nothing is deducted.
17.5. Right of withdrawal within 14 days
You can withdraw from the Plate to Measure subscription within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act). The day of payment is not counted: the period starts the next day and ends at 23:59 (Bulgarian time) on the 14th day. Example: paid on 27 Oct (at any time) → you can withdraw until 10 Nov inclusive. Renewals (the next month or year) don't open the period again. There is one withdrawal per subscription.
When ordering, you can expressly request the service to start immediately (the box “I want Plate to Measure to start right after payment…”). If you did, you pay a proportional amount for the time the subscription was active (Art. 55(4)), and we refund the amount for the unused days:
• the base is only the subscription price of the first payment (€4.90 or €53.90) — without the calculator (17.3);
• with the yearly subscription, if the calculator was sent to you right away with it (17.4): refund = the amount for the unused days − €5.30 for the calculator; the refund is never less than 0.
• days used — the started 24-hour periods from the moment of the first payment until the withdrawal; a started 24-hour period counts as used;
• refund = subscription price × (days in the period − days used) ÷ days in the period, rounded to the cent. The days in the period are the actual days of the paid month (28–31) or year (365/366).
If you did not expressly request the service to start immediately, you pay nothing for the days that have passed — we refund the full subscription price of the first payment (without the calculator, 17.3; with the yearly subscription — minus €5.30 for the calculator, 17.4) (Art. 55(5)).
Access to Plate to Measure ends on the day of withdrawal. We refund the amount to the card you paid with within 14 days of the withdrawal, at no cost to you (Art. 55(1)); it usually reaches the card within 5–10 business days.
Examples (with “start immediately”; paid on 27 Oct at 12:00; a 30-day month and a 365-day year):
• Monthly — paid with the first payment: €4.90; withdrawal: 6 Nov at 00:00 (9 days and 12 hours after payment); days used: 10; refund: €4.90 × 20 ÷ 30 = €3.27.
• Monthly + calculator — paid with the first payment: €10.20 (€4.90 + €5.30); withdrawal: 6 Nov at 00:00; days used: 10; refund: €3.27 — the calculator (€5.30) is not refunded and stays yours.
• Monthly — paid with the first payment: €4.90; withdrawal: 27 Oct at 18:00 (within the first 24 hours); days used: 1; refund: €4.90 × 29 ÷ 30 = €4.74.
• Monthly — paid with the first payment: €4.90; withdrawal: 10 Nov at 08:00 (last day of the period; 13 days and 20 hours); days used: 14; refund: €4.90 × 16 ÷ 30 = €2.61.
• Monthly — paid with the first payment: €4.90; withdrawal: 10 Nov at 20:00 (last day of the period; 14 days and 8 hours); days used: 15; refund: €4.90 × 15 ÷ 30 = €2.45.
• Yearly (the calculator was sent right away) — paid with the first payment: €53.90; withdrawal: 31 Oct at 18:00 (4 days and 6 hours); days used: 5; refund: €53.90 × 360 ÷ 365 = €53.16 − €5.30 for the calculator = €47.86; the calculator stays yours.
• Yearly (the calculator was sent right away) — paid with the first payment: €53.90; withdrawal: 6 Nov at 00:00; days used: 10; refund: €53.90 × 355 ÷ 365 = €52.42 − €5.30 for the calculator = €47.12; the calculator stays yours.
• Monthly, without “start immediately” — paid with the first payment: €4.90; withdrawal: 6 Nov at 00:00; days used: —; refund: €4.90 — the full subscription price.
• Yearly or monthly — paid with the first payment: —; withdrawal: 11 Nov or later (day 15 after the day of payment); days used: —; refund: The withdrawal period has ended. You can stop the renewal (17.8).
17.6. How to withdraw
• With the “Withdraw from the contract” button in “My subscription” (on the website — in your account; in the app — “Subscription” in Plate to Measure). The button is shown while the period runs (until 23:59 on the last day). Before you confirm, you see the exact amount we will refund and the last day of the period. The amount shown holds if you confirm within 30 minutes; if another 24 hours have passed in the meantime, we show you the new amount and ask again. You then get a confirmation by email.
• Or with an unequivocal statement sent to contact@mybetteryou-life.com — for example with the model withdrawal form (Annex 6 to the Consumer Protection Act): mybetteryou-life.com/terms/formulyar-za-otkaz. It is enough to send the statement before the period ends.

17.7. What stays yours
The calculator, if you bought it (17.3) or received it with the yearly subscription (17.4), stays yours — after a withdrawal and after stopping.
17.8. Stopping the subscription
You can stop the subscription at any time with the “Stop” button in “My subscription”. There are no new payments, and access stays until the end of the period already paid. Stopping is not a withdrawal under 17.5 and does not refund the current period.
If you activate a paid plan that includes Plate to Measure, the separate subscription stops by itself at the end of its paid period — with no second payment.
