Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, fill in this form and send it to us. The form is not mandatory — an unambiguous statement by email or letter is enough.
Important for subscriptions: if you asked for the service to start immediately and withdraw later, you owe a proportionate amount for what you actually used up to the moment of notice (Art. 55(4)–(5) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). For digital content delivered immediately with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 57(13)) — see the Terms of Use, section 5.

If you simply don't want your subscription to renew, you don't need to submit a withdrawal — turn off auto-renewal from Settings → My subscription.
